Your orders are delivered to shipment company within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) after bank approval. Depending on the distance of the delivery address from LA LUCE ISTANBUL, the shipment company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.

Estimated delivery times of custom products vary according to the production time. The delivery information and times of such products are specified on the product pages.

In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.

All of the products you choose will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies with the guarantee of LA LUCE ISTANBUL.

The products you have purchased will be notified to you by a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have selected is not available in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you and you will be informed of the date when the product will be in stock for the first time.

www.laluceistanbul.com is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time. Rarely, it is possible for the consumer to buy the same product and the product is out of stock in this case;

If the product you have paid for is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (Four) days and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be given to the consumer between these dates, the payment made is returned to him.

Warranty conditions

All products are under the warranty of the manufacturers unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, you should definitely check the product during the cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.

 

Product Return Policy

If the product you purchased on our site does not fit you or is faulty, you must contact us from the online support section on our page, within 7 days from the delivery date at the latest. You can return the unworn / unused or incorrectly sent product on the street within 15 days from the delivery date.

 

Following this information, the product you sent to us with its box and invoice will be returned to us, with the contracted Sürat Kargo Etiler Branch Customer No: 1209777379, in order for the product to reach us without any deformation.

 

If the ordered product is faulty and the product defect is caused by the use of the customer, or if the product has been used within 15 days, the product will not be returned or exchanged.
